WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SOUS-CHEF!
🍝 Sous Chef (Flexi)
Spritz is on the lookout for a FLEXI Sous Chef to jump in alongside our Head Chef and help power our little vegan Italian kitchen.
We're talking pasta, bold flavours, and good vibes!
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting in prepping and plating all of our mains (mainly pasta — the good stuff) 
- Helping run the kitchen smoothly during service 
- Keeping things clean, calm-ish, and under control 
- Occasionally dancing to our playlist (optional but encouraged) 
Who we’re looking for:
- You don’t need loads of experience — just motivation, a solid work ethic, and a passion for good food 
- You can keep your cool and move quickly when things heat up 
- You’re happy to work flexible shifts and be part of a small, tight-knit crew 
- You love learning and aren't afraid to get stuck in 
- You're available to work at least once or twice a week, ideally long-term, with room to pick up more shifts in the future 
- You're good to work evening shifts from 18:00–23:00 (ish)
